Don’t panic — nothing’s changing! I just wanted to make everything very very clear exactly how every month’s worth of content goes, with some of the frequently asked questions I get!
First: Subscriptions.
If you subscribe to the website — well, thank you! I love that, lots of my favourite people are here!
You’ll be billed immediately, through my payment processor, which is a company I pay to handle any and all credit card information, so I see none of that. You’re not just handing over your credit card to me, to let me run it, haha. I pay the professionals for that!
Your renewal date every month will be the date that you signed up, so if you were to subscribe intentionally on the 1st of the month, you’ll be billed on the first of every month going forwards. If you subscribe on the 30th, you’ll be billed on the 30th. If you subscribe on the 31st I assume you’ll be billed on the 1st for every month that doesn’t have a 31st, if anyone wants to try that one out for me and report back with your findings. (Make sure it’s diamond tier though, ok? 😘)
Once you’re subscribed, you’ll be given access to the Member’s Area of the site — which you can get a preview of by clicking on it now! This is where you’ll be able to see all of my content. Let’s unpack how you’ll see it:
Content Release Schedule.
So, you’ve subscribed, you’re in the member’s area. Great! How do you see photos?
The main feature of the Member’s area is the feed, which runs like a blog. Once you’re subscribed, the website will automatically unlock all of the posts available to your tier, and you’ll be able to click through and view the post, along with any associated photos with it — I post multiple photos every day, though not to every tier.
You won’t be able to save these photos, though — but don’t worry! I look out for members. You don’t have to go through and save everything individually if you’d like to hang onto it — though, remember, for personal use only! 😘 Though, why anyone wants to be a sugar daddy for freeloading assholes on the internet is beyond me.
I email a mass download link to all subscribers Bronze or Higher, that’ll take you to download everything you could want — or just your faves, if that strikes you, everything is available in subfolders as well. And sometimes I include little extras or teasers that I decide to make while I’m waiting for everything to upload! This link usually goes out on the last day of the month, but depending on my life at the time, it can happen on the first instead, but I try to make a blog post if that happens!
Emails tend to come from Poisonne (at) Poisonne (dot) com or Contact (at) Poisonne (dot) com, so make sure those clear your spam filter!
Content in the blog is deleted at the end of every month, and we start the next month with a content roundup on the 1st (or sometimes 2nd), before I resume my every day posting of new content!
When your Subscription Runs Out
You’ll automatically have access to the site up until the date of your renewal if you cancel, at which point your access to Member’s Only blog posts will be revoked. However, you’ll still have an account, and you can use it to purchase things from the store, and access any store purchases for download via the Member’s Area, including anything you purchased while subscribed (which you might have a discount for — see below for Subscription Tiers if you’re curious about that!)
Usually, if you’re subscribed for more than half of a month, I’ll e-mail you the month-end wrap-up as well, because I’m too damn nice for my own good, you’re welcome. 😘
